Resepi : Sandwich-Alfalfa-Cheese-Mayo-Sauce

Sedap rupanya Alfalfa Sprouts ni. Beli cold cuts di Carrefour Kota Damansara, konon nak buat sandwich untuk sarapan. Jadi mencari salad (mixed) untuk bergandingan dengan chicken pastrami tu. Cari - cari, salad yang ada dah benyek. Ala, dah lecur la daun-daun dia. Cuti CNY mungkin banyak pembekal cuti panjang menyebabkan tiada sayur fresh dihantar ke Carrefour.

Tapi semangat nak makan sandwich tu memang tinggi, maka terbelek-belek la alfalfa sprouts ni. Harga RM 5.59 sekotak. Alfalfa ni dijual dalam bekas kotak seperti ini, 
Dan sarapan pagi ini, saya buat Alfalfa Tower. Bukan KFC aje ada Zinger Tower tu, saya pun ada.

Saya buat macam ini.

Tingkat pertama, ROTI. Dilapisi butter + mayo + sos cili.

Tingkat kedua, ALFALFA SPROUTS.

Tingkat ketiga, ROTI. Dilapisi butter + mayo + sos cili.

Tingkat keempat,  ALFALFA SPROUTS lagi.

Tingkat kelima, Cold Cuts ie chicken pastrami.

       - Saya bakar selama 5 minit dalam oven. Kalau suka, boleh aje makan   

Tingkat keenam, KEJU. Beregukan dengan sos cili + sos tomato + mayo.

Tingkat ketujuh, ROTI.

Kemudian, potong dua. Saya suka triangle chicken pastrami alfalfa sprouts sandwic.

Dan nikmatilah kesedapan sehingga termimpi-mimpi.

Saya google akan kebaikan alfalfa dan saya temui ini.

Consumption Tips
